There are a number of corrections to the text of tooltips in the latest test build, but the actual damage done by most of those abilities hasn't changed.

The tooltips for Frost Strike, Death Strike, Festering Strike, Devastate, Blood Frenzy and Critical Mass were all corrected. The damage on these abilities has NOT changed.

There are actual changes to Savage Defense, Swipe, Thrash, Cleansing Waters, Arcane Blast and Arcane Explosion in recent builds.

    Cleansing Waters now has a 6 sec cooldown, up from 0.5 sec.

    Good luck doing Argaloth with only shamy heals now.

    I think that they intended to only add the "This effect cannot occur more that once every 6secs" but somehow fucked up the cooldown (Or the dataminig did)

    They didn't increase the cooldown, that just increased the CD on the heal for cleansing.

    from the wording it looks like the heal part of cleanse is getting the 6sec CD not the actual dispel part

    Before ppl start crying about frost dk nerfs, remember that blood strike has been removed from the rotation so there will be more oblits than before which I would imagine increases dps a fair amount.

    It's because shaman healers atm hard counter both locks and priests in arena, and to have a heal on top of that is just stupid.

    6 second dispel cooldown is going to hurt pve. What a stupid, stupid, stupid change. Where is the druid/priest/paladin dispel nerf? I guess I'm used to shaman being abused by patches but this is just fucking ridiculous. Maybe make it apply only in arenas/rbgs, but not pve content. There are plenty of things I dispel in pve. I can't fathom what roadblocks this 6sec cooldown is going to give me. Weak. Time to level my priest or my mage, considering the op class is becoming more op instead of being balanced.

    But does it absorb 35% of your AP from EVERY hit or just until it absorbs up to 35% of your AP.

    it isn't a nerf on dispel, its a nerf on the heal you do when you dispel.

    The dispel works on GCD, just the heal has a 6 second cooldown. Don't post QQ when you aren't sure about the facts.
