Druid Tier 13 and Visual Retrospective

It's alright, but it looks too much like a Geist-inspired set. And we've passed the WoTLK times.

At first glance I actually thought "Oh look, it's T9 again.", but then I realized this is actually shinier. It's pretty decent, but I know for a fact that Blizzard can do better, just look at T8.

I approve of this Tier, i like as much as i like Stromrider

I love all the understated detail on this set. Though the mushrooms I mistook for crystals at first, the actual bits of druidic knick-knackery on the robes are awesome. Perhaps they could have done another animal theme, but I do like the sort of . . .deep forest look this one has. The belt especially is well done, it blends into the robe nicely. The longer I stare at it, the more I notice. I really dig how the sleeves are bound on to the arm, and though I can't see it totally clearly, there's something about the gloves/bracers that makes me happy. No, this is definitely not a set to love if you want something flashy or I AM DRUID!!! . . .but to me, it feels like a stately forest set. If anything should feel like forest, it's druid tier. . . .only complaint is that the mushrooms are too uniformly blue, but it's not a deal breaker for me.

Druid T8 was the the best. This looks ok, not awesome but at least they didn't fuck it up like they will do with the dk set.

My brain melts at the fact that people LIKED druid t1 and t2... HONESTLY you guys LIKED LOOKING LIKE A BUSH OR A MOOSE!? >.<

i'm not really liking this at all, for some reason. but! the colors are nice and the mushrooms are cute.

I'm 110% shocked that it's so very nice looking. Since ICC Druid gear has been just pure AWFUL. Would almost make me a little bit sad to mog this out in 4.3 now that I see it and actually LIKE it. Oh well tho, I've chugged thru the old content for weeks on end trying to acquire all of the old T6 gear and some staves so I can be a powerbird again. Maybe I'll keep my offspec set in the current model.

For the end of the expansion tier, this druid tier is pretty boring. Mostly talking about the helm and shoulders models.

The page was updated with the name of the set being Deep Earth Vestments. Really hints to the raid heading underground.

Like a cross up between T9 and the Rogue tier set that was based off of Geists (t10? I forget now, the ICC tier). Don't play a druid so it doesn't affect me much, but not really impressed. With transmogrification, I suppose it doesn't matter too much. I eagerly await the paladin set, though I fear it will just look silly
