So I am currently running the GPU client, and it says 1200 ns per day? Not sure what I am doing here, but Ill just let it run.... lol. Also my GPU in my MSI afterburner is saying 60 degrees Celsius with 98% gpu usage. thats fine right?

Yeah my 560 Ti is at 99% usage right now and 56 degrees Celsius. That's how you know the card is doing as much folding as possible and the highest amount of points you'll probably get out of it. :P
Well, ive ran it while i was out today, and im ranked 64th

rank 801, and looking ahead, its more a matter of points accrued than points per day, seems many of the top teams have stopped or lost interest
Hey Cyan, think I should overclock my 580? I have the MSI Afterburner, and it is sitting at stock 800 min - 1600 max MHz,

only if you have the cooling and are willing to buy a new 580 if you mess up,
GPU over clocking is completely different then CPU's, the gains are mostly bragging rights and will do little to actually improve performance, I've over clocked GPU's in the past for one time benchmark runs, but i really wouldn't do it for a folding setup, the PPD increase you will see is nill, and you risk burning out your GPU
Oooohhh, I thought GPU overcocking actually gets results, so i would be better off overclocking my sandy bridge 2500k? its sittin at 4200MHz according to Control Center (MSI's overclocking genie)

it does get results, when you massively overclock, but so would a massive cpu overclock, but the people that do that kind of over clocking have years of experience and spare gpu's and cpu's on hand, iirc when AMD hosted the Phenom II overclock session they went through several dozen cpus before reaching apex,
4.2 ghz isnt bad, you could probably manage 4.4 though, but the best thing you can do if you want to have more power is to add it, either by adding GPU's or upgrading your CPU, but something to consider, you have a prime gaming computer, i know several people who dream of a computer like yours, unless you want to fold 24/7, just donate your spare cycles
Yea, well I'm only folding when I sleep and when I work, because other then that I will be on BF3 xD

im ranked 35 within the team already lol

Maybe I don't understand this, but World Community Grid seems like it'd help cure more diseases. It does more than just folding, it does research for clean water, cancer, etc.
Total time logged for it is over 500 years, with what I can tell many more participants.
