No, it's not. The pose isn't really even the problem here.
It's another example of Blizzard removing something from the game because some butthurt child said it was problematic.
Complaining about a nonsexual pose being sexual and using a "think of the children" reductive, puritanical argument is nowhere near the same as being against a company self-censoring because some dumbass cried about it.
Especially when the things being removed are being removed for all players.

If it wasn't a big deal when people are annoyed they're removing it, then clearly it wasn't a big deal when they were bitching about it.
