Many of you who play Hearthstone may be familiar with the highly credited and well recieved resource that is the meta snapshot provided on their website.
Well, they've rolled one out for Heroes of the Storm, and it looks awesome: https://tempostorm.com/heroes-of-the...shot/patch-172 - Tier rankings, build guides, hero rank breakdowns for burst, push, utility etc.
Tempostorm's Zoia said this over on reddit:
I was very impressed with the work down here and wanted to give it a little more exposure. An insane amount of work went into making this happen. Big shout out to the dev team that busted their ass getting this feature finished. As well as to the pro team, the writers, srey, and parkzer for all the hard work we put into writing guides, preparing the summaries, and the stats.
We designed this list for how we approach hero league. When we enter the hero league draft as solo queue what heroes do we look at and where they fall into priority. As the meta does small shifts we plan on updating this daily. When bigger balance patches come out and new hero releases happen we plan on making bigger updates as well.
Hope this is a valuable resource to the community and those players who are struggling to get higher in rank!
Edit: I also wrote an article explaining more in depth our thought process behind the meta snapshot, why we went this direction with it, and explaining the tiers a bit more in depth. https://tempostorm.com/articles/intr...-meta-snapshot
