She violated Turkish law and was arrested accordingly in Turkey. There's really nothing novel or controversial about it; these laws have been on the books for some time now. If you don't like it, first it's a silly approach to take because it's their country, and second things like a gross violation of NATO protocol to murder two pilots when their active treaties required them to peacefully but forcibly escort them fro their airspace is a far more egregious infraction of international law, and the lack of any response at all pretty much demonstrated that Turkey could do whatever they wanted.
