Is it true what they say about the human cast?

I just saw the premiere in Paris. It was pretty awesome, the violence of the orcs was represented so well, Guldan is charismatic and overall the movie is beautiful. However the humans were pretty "boring".

I'd rate it a solid 8/10 at the theater but maybe only 6.5 or 7 at home. I mean, the 3D was very good and the theater sound helped a lot to emphasis on how violent the orcs are. I almost never got bored in the movie, there is a lot of action, but like I said humans are a bit "empty".
So yeah, it's definitly not a masterpiece, but it's a really good movie. Some people will say it lacks many things lorewise, but you have to be aware that this movie in not just for the fans, and that you must skip on a lot of details when making a 2 hours long movie, it's not a book.

I think I respect him too much to ask him to shackle himself to this franchise. He's young and experimental, I wouldn't want him to be the "Warcraft director" for 20+ years. If he wants to make the first trilogy, that's great. But if he feels like moving on after that, we'll just have to accept it.

We can ask him to teach Metzen, and then all will be well with the world.

Obviously, this is all hypothetical. But if the first trilogy is critically acclaimed, popular and succesful, I don't think we'll lack volunteers to direct a second trilogy. It's just a matter of filtering the right one, which should be easier than it was for the first movie.

You know what? I agree. I think it's thanks to Jones that this movie has some soul and the characters are relatable, and the rest of the Warcraft franchise would benefit from that kind of writing.

All right.
The "acting" of Orcs is perfect. I think that everybody will hate Gul'Dan even more now. He looks and feels powerful.
However, the Humans acting was not "meh". Khadgar and Medivh are probably the most "fun" humans to watch. Khadgar is funny and Ben Schnetzer seemed to act well imo. I expected less from Lothar but Travis plays him nicely. Not amazing but hey, we'll see him again if the movie proves to be a success.
The less convincing character was Llane as I expected (as we saw in the Throne Room scene with Garona)
I also expected the worst from Garona but I was actually surprised by her.

I can state that the most interesting moments are the Orcs scenes. I won't spoil but the (Fel) Orcs were pretty interesting in a certain scene.

I mean saying , human acting is bed etc and other stuff that they did not like and give it a 8/10? WOW tahts just superb xD , even not liking something crucial like acting and giving it a 8/10 is verrry good.

Wanna know movie ending. Obviously to the spoiler tag --- It won´t be a big spoiler for myself. I know lore like for 100%. I´ve read everything about WoW lore. I just wanna know, where has movie ended.

Nice you can put it into spoiler tag, are they like there you can see them clearly do they make the sounds of epicness or do you need to have a hawks eye for them ?

The crowd itself was amazing though. I hope it didn't alter my opinion on the movie.
While we were waiting, the crowd screamed Leeroy Jenkins for some reason.
Also you could tweet for what "clan" you were rooting for.
Horde : 65%
Alliance: 35%
You could also tweet at #WarcraftMovie I believe, I didnt check on my phone and you could see tweets on the screen while waiting.

You mean if the murloc easter egg was obvious or not.
Well, it was a bit like George Lucas' monsters/aliens you see before X scene in Star Wars.
The murloc was in front of Goldshire.

About Kargath and Grom:
I was a bit disappointed by that actually. They are so badass but they don't talk once in the entire movie even though you see Grom several times, you'll see him cheering for the Horde but no dialogue. But hey, I'm happy, Grom wasn't even supposed to be in the movie lorewise and we'll get more of him in a Third War Movie.
