Which ult scares you the most?

Genji ult is pretty terrifying for me.

Mcree scares me a little bit because if I don't see him directly i start trying to find cover. but nobodies really scares me as a whole...however a couple in perfect synergy is scary.

When you're clumped up and pushing the payload, they pretty much all do. But mostly it's the ones you don't see coming like a Junkrat from above, or a McCree from behind.

Think about it. Instant stun, no audio cue, more than enough time for him to finish you off solo - let alone when he's with teammates. There's no way to prepare for it other than to stay spread out the entire game, and once you're caught in it you're done for.

I think they're all pretty scary to some extent. Sometimes there's no viable way to escape in time - and running around in a blind panic usually has mixed results. I'd say I find Reaper's and Junkrat's the most terrifying though.

Surprised nobody's said Mercy yet, lol. Widow's is pretty devastating actually. But Junkrat's causes the biggest panic. Genji if he's near me. McCree if there's no way I can get to cover fast enough.

Tracer's is scary because it's pretty much an insta kill and no way to get it off of you.

For most heroes that aren't tanks, no. But you can tank ult it and live on Bastion, iceblock on Mei, Recall on Tracer, shield it on Zarya. Can also reflect it on Genji if you see it coming.
