I can tell you 100% this has NOTHING to do with prestine or legacy servers, it was a LEGION summit.

Could be anything:
- the next expansion after Legion
- the revelation that Legion will be the last expansion of the game
- announcement that Thal'darah (?) won't ever make it into Legion
- the big-bad of Legion
- WoW being discontinued after Legion in favour of Overwatch, Hearthstone, and HotS
- the exact pre-patch date
- a "Warcraft 4" type game
- they're going to remove the talent system and give all specs their entire talent trees
- they're going to make legendary drops not drop randomly from world mobs
I'm just thinking aloud here. All of the above could be wrong.
Either the pre-patch/ptr or the whole function and features of the facebook integration.
1. It will be Legion related, no idea why so many people think of the most unrelated things
2. It will not be something negative (like cut content or discontiniuing a product). It has to be something that those tweeter were excited about and they are waiting for. Does really anyone think that this could be related to cut content or end of wow?
Seriously, guys...
My money is on a new Lords Of War series.
Optionally a pre-patch PTR announcement.
Legion lords of war seems legit. But there could be another reason for the NDA. In the past they've used NDA's to give time for people to write articles and publish them at the same time. Don't want to give the US fansites too much advantage for having no roaming data charges
For the Alliance, and for Azeroth!
Argus in 2018 My prediction failed in part... But I'm still a Spacegoat
At the current rate of sub drop off it is not all that outlandish. WoW does not draw subs like it once did. There are a lot of people who sub for the first month, then leave until the release of the next expansion. Eventually the trend is going to hurt Blizzard more than help. Removing sub requirement would also certainly draw a new player base to the game. Relying on subs is also not quite as lucrative as micro transactions. Who is to say more micro transactions are not to be added?
Well they could announce the start date of Demon Hunter for people that pre-ordered. Thus giving a start date when 7.0 will hit PTR. Most likely a big nothing Q&A that will have no new information.
It's that whole "Very special" bit that makes me think it's gotta be something new-ish or else it's gonna be a letdown..
