I feel like I live in the smallest town of anyone so far.

For reference the population is under 2000

Main street bridge, with the post office (And 2 houses past it).

Winter/late fall shot, looks a lot nicer in spring, summer, and early fall.

    Sunny Melbourne!*

Great food and sporting city! Housing is pretty unaffordable though.

    *Weather may very.

I prefer rural mountain towns to big cities a ton more freedom.

I've got you beat. The town I'm from, and moved from recently (last few years) has 200 at most :P Mullin, TX. My graduating class had 7 people in it. 42 in the whole school... k-12. There were a lot less people when I was in high school... about 10 years ago.

Looking at your hometown in Google Maps made me feel super depressed.

It's not the number of inhabitants that upset me. Tavistock, NJ has 5 residents, as well, but is incomparable to the unpaved roads and rundown garages and grocery stores that I saw in Mullin, TX.

Those areas are always a pain at least we don't have to cope with unpaved roads.

The hotel to the right of the pic planted them for show. Most of the time around here people will plant mostly grown ones and keep them propped up with boards until they've rooted in good enough. Looks god awful for a good while.
