It's obvious that very little thought went into planning this event, Streamers have been opening up screenshots on screen all day to show off the creative screenshots and it was only a matter of time until something like this happened.

"Exposing children to pornography" sounds like a pretty melodramatic way of putting it. But damn, if it gives me a reason to feel angry, then grrrr.
In reality though, you're suggesting that it's only an issue because a child supposedly saw it, but if that's the case then it's difficult to hold the streamer, Blizzard, or even the streaming service accountable because none of them can dictate who watches the stream.
There may be a lesson to be learned, but it can easily be learned without need for outrage.

tbh Blizzard should make some sort of statement regarding this disaster of an event, be it an apology or whatever, it'd just be nice to know that they acknowledge what a mess this has been between reports of donations for beta keys, towelliee ranting about the community or the swifty dick pic it's just been a complete and utter mess from start to finish.
Well, I'd be willing to bet that Twitch's policy is that no one under the age of 13 should use its service so even with parental supervision a 10 year old viewing their content is a TOS violation. Just about every social service has a similar rule. True it is not binding but have fun trying to go after Amazon.
Swifty is responsible for what shows up on his stream. Streaming is a bit like broadcasting in that sense. Whoever is in the chair is responsible for what goes out.
It's unfortunate that it happened but it did apparently and that's on him. Whatever happens to him is between him, Twitch and Blizzard. Blizzard needs to be a little more cautious about how they go about promoting their business with 3rd party promotions like this. There's nothing much else to say except that Swifty's giving out of beta keys favoring those who donate to the stream runs counter to the whole idea of the promotion and to me is a much worse thing than slipping up and allowing questionable content through.
"...money's most powerful ability is to allow bad people to continue doing bad things at the expense of those who don't have it."
Seriously, anyone who cares about this is insane and need to get a job or hobby or something. Its like people gossiping about what a kardashian did this weekend.
If a kid was watching twitch on the computer by themselves, they've already seen a penis before. If the kid was watching swifty's stream with their parent, then there are more serious things going on than seeing a penis. You people act as if seeing nudity fractures an adolescents mind.
