as i've said before, get mad.

apparently my state actually IS a battleground state, so every vote helps a small amount. i've got three people i can take to the polls with me, that's 4 trump votes. it's not much, but at least i can say i tried and got others to try as well.

That's what you are supposed to do. And I, and many others, will be bringing people to vote for Hillary. President Hillary for the win But we won't be mad, we'll be glad!

What is the issue with it being a sanctuary city? Philadelphia's population is less than 10% Hispanic and less than .5% Mexican. If it is getting worse because of its status as a sanctuary city, must be our neighbors to the north ruining it.

Spoiler alert: Hillary is winning over a lot of center-right people who detest Trump with the military people the DNC trotted out today. The Conservasphere is going nuts, particularly over Khan and Allen's speeches.

I just want to state for the record, I predicted exactly this like 54 months ago, in this very forum. I said Hillary will mostly need moderates and conservatives in swing states who vastly outnumber disgruntled Sanderista liberals in those places. It doesn't matter if Sanderistas stay home in California. However what matters more, the one Sanderista in Florida or the six moderates or four anti-Trump Republicans? She should appeal to the largest voter pool to win.

That isn't liberal Democrats. That's moderates. Because the point is to win, not make a statement of principle.

And now you're seeing that come true. I hope you choke on that truth. You'll learn something.

No bill has passed and despite the DOJ warning no funds have been pulled. Sanctuary city status has had zero effect on the federal funds received so far.

I hope you are right. And this is also why I could never be a serious candidate anywhere. Way too liberal for the rest of the country (but I think I would fit in perfectly well in Europe or Canada).

But I do have my practical side to me. I am ecstatic that Hillary moved as far to the left as she did with a lot of her domestic policy positions. I can't imagine that many Sanders supporters will not be fully supporting her by the time November rolls around. And I hope you are correct that she did enough to attract moderates to vote for her.

Since you do a better job of promoting Hillary than I could ever do... I encourage you to post as much as you can (and I'll post less so as not to step on your message!).

Actually the real reason is the big banks won't work with him. Well Deutsche Bank does but none of the others do (and by all accounts DB is FUBAR and close to failing). Trump has just stiffed too many people in the financial sector and made too many promises he has later reneged on which have then cost them buckets of money. They don't trust him. Its kinda ironic really. The crooks of wall street hate crooks who stiff them.

The way I like to put it... Even his colleagues don't want to have him in their football league. He is the kid who gets pissed off that no one picks him to play ball (NFL). So, he starts his own ball game (USFL). Then, at the moment when his new friends least expect it (his main competition in USFL was dying from cancer), he shit on them and runs to the principle at school (lawsuit). The principle shakes his finger at his old friends (Trump won the case against NFL's monopoly) and then gives Trump a lollipop (he was rewarded 3 dollars), while telling him to stop being a brat (the jury states that it was an obvious and conniving attempt at getting an NFL team). His new friends never played a game (it nailed the coffin shut for USFL).

His joke about Russia hacking the US might have convinced me to vote Clinton. I made my choice on Trump 20 years ago, but I don't want to do a lesser of two evils vote. Although, WA is going blue, I'll most likely still write in Spider Jerusalem.

TBH, it seemed too much anti-Trump to me. She needs to focus on Hillary and what Hillary is going to do for our country. Not place herself as the anti-Trump candidate. Tell us why we should vote for her. Billing yourself as anti-Trump doesn't win her any votes, IMO.
