Anything I can do to reduce the size of my WoW folder?

My WoW folder is at 103 GB, for some reason I don't think it should be that large, should I just uninstall and re-install?

That seems excessive indeed. You can try that (make sure to back up your WTF and addon folder)

Mine is 49.6 GB, you likely have a second instance of the game in there... maybe an alpha/beta or PTR version of the game?

My WoW folder isn't even 50GB.
-How many addons do you have?
    -Any unlisted client-side mods?
-How many screenshots do you have?

Just check how large the individual folders are within your WoW install directory.
And if that doesn't help, try the re-install option.

The only time I'd see my WoW folder rise above 100GB is if my Main, Beta, ánd PTR client are inside the same folder:
    [MAIN] - 48.3GB
    [BETA] - 35.7GB
    [ PTR ] - 38.3GB
    ______________+
    122.3GB

Is 103 GB your WoW folder, WoW beta and WoW PTR together?
All of mine are around 50 GB each.

My WoW PTR and Beta are all on separate drives. My Addon's only take up about 200MB data folder says it has 102GB.

I downloaded the game on this drive about 2 years ago.

Same, just reinstalled WoW after a Windows 10 AU Clean install.

When they moved away from MPQ to CASC file system for WoW, one of the big problems was that the game could no longer delete old/unused files. So with each patch it would only grow in size.
I have no idea whether or not they fixed it, but the only way to clean up was to remove WoW and redownload it..

Currently I have it installed since somewhere in MoP, I think, and I'm around 100GBs as well.

The PTR, which I installed in separate folder was significantly smaller.

Also screenshots and some addons can weight, as well..

Well there's your problem, you are going by something other than the folder itself to check the file size...

Go to the install location and check the size of the actual folder itself.

    Well spotted.
Seeing 72gb and 96gb for PTR and Beta through there, when they are 46gb and 36gb respectively.

Hm...my WoW folder is 51GB, but 99.6% of it is the "data" folder.

How are people having these 35-37gb folders?

Yes, the data folder is what contains nearly all of the game's data, hence the name.

WoW doesn't seem to get rid of old files that are replaced in patches, so over time your folder will just get larger and larger, if you reinstall you will end up with a smaller folder.
