Nope. That's not true.
You can't get it, theoretically, without the class hall "talent".
You can try to pickpocket the lucky coin, but without the talent it wont drop. Spent ~ 2 hours pickpocketing various mobs, at Suramar, at pvp Towers, in dungeons.
No drop.
Read wowhead comment at the coins page, will tell you the same.
Can't log off either cause after a set time it expires. My theory with that, if it is for the assassination hidden, is you have to either A) Talk to the right person with the poison on you or B) Acquired more poison debuffs (ala "The poison has mutated, seek assistance") but I can't seem to remember which mobs in the world had two different poisons, I thought it was the murlocs but I guess not

The trapdoor in violet hold, it could lead to a tomb, unlikely but the box does look kinda coffin-ish. Scouring the outside of VH and outside of dal where it would be turned up nothing.
Right now this trapdoor, I just want to know me
Edit: Not part of Frost Mage line either.
Hunter class campaign it seems.

I look forward to being proven wrong then.
Some classes have been granted access to a hidden appearance only through the 2nd tier advancement, including Rogue. This being the reason of my skepticism. Defiant Legacy's effect, however, is different from all other classes' tier 4 advancement, which might actually make it the key to reaching our goal here.
If we are to classify the sources structurally, then no class so far has obtained a hidden artifacts by similar means. The only exception I've discovered is for the BM and MM hunters, which are obtain from vendors, but the latter requires reputation.
Yet, perhaps there's no room for structuralist thinking here, Derrida boys. I just hope the fun we've all been having hunting for this piece won't be reduced to a mere choice of traits again
I know that Eye of Azshara has been bought up a bunch of times but something occurred to me last night while running the dungeon. I noticed that a lot of lightning strikes in there much like it does in Stormheim but also that wind debuff(Violent Winds), what's up with that? I tried looking through the dungeon journal to see if it was for anything specifically but I couldn't see anything. Could it be tied to Thunderfury/Bindings or is it just simple mechanics for the dungeon?
We will know in roughly 4 days if/when there's an influx of Thunderfury skins(or at least one half of it which might be the trigger to get the 2nd half from Neltharion's or wherever else). My own Defiant Legacy finishes in 5 days 19 hours, but i didn't hit 110 first day so may be a bit behind some others.
But all the insane theories some people in this thread were coming up with was getting stupid when we know there's some that drop from raids/world bosses, its as if people thought for sure without a doubt that they could obtain it on launch and were ignoring very real possibilities that its time-gated or until future content(world boss/raids) are released.
Hi guys, I am have been trying to keep up with the posts as they come but sometimes it is hard to read through all the pages. I hope I am not regurgitating information that has already been posted. So far I have only seen one person mention the following and they seemed to have shrugged it off as nothing. Maybe it is nothing, maybe its not. Thought I might just share my findings
In the vault we have statue of a murloc angler fish. In WoW there is a fishing rod that this statue mimics called "underlight angler." The only place that has underlight murlocs located in the Broken Isles is a small island off the coast of Bradensbrook. The area is called "Gloaming Reef." There is a cave located at 24, 56. This cave is called "Heyman's End." There is no island called Heyman but there is one called Hayman off the coast of Australia which is located in the middle of the Great Reef. Why does this matter? The island was first discovered by a Captain Cook who was known for his accurate map making skills. His ship almost sank as he ran it into the great reef which punctured the hull. In game in front of the cave is a sunken shit with cargo boxes.
The cave is currently blocked off by rocks but for some reason I somehow managed to get too close and aggro a pack of underlight murlocs through it. Seems like it bugged out or something. They looked just like the murlocs on the beach. I used detection around the cave but was unable to find much of anything. The cave does have stuff in it as proven by the murlocs. However, I am unable to replicate the aggro I got the first time. Grappling hooks seems to pull you through the world sometimes and I used it under water to get to closer to the cave when it happened. Anyways, this might have nothing to do with the skin or it might not. Perhaps it has more to do with the fishing artifact (?), if that still is even a thing, and we just so happen to have clues for it in the vault. I dunno, anyways I know everyone is working hard to find clues and I just thought I might share what I have found.
Edit: I forgot to mention that this is the island where the trees are all blown over with wind sounds and stuff.

Has anyone ever thought about the idea that the Wardens wanted to imprison Thunderaan like they did with Ash'Golm?
Hey mate ill check that out now, can i get some map locations?
Island "Gloaming Reef" is off the coast in Val'sharah at 26,66
Cave is underwater approx where the blown over trees are pointing. There is a sunken ship in front of it at 24,56
Ah I thought it might considering the clue started with the underlight murloc statue in the vault which is referencing the underlight angler rod. Oh well back to the drawing board.
i checked the heymans end cave, there was a "sneaky" little rock with a missing texture that made an excellent entrance at the top left of the cave, not much besides the supplicant murlocs inside. can provide pictures if necessary. the murlocs spawn every 5 or so minutes and run towards the center of the cave and run around for a few seconds, then run back into the water where they came from and despawn again.
