Well she's ignoring 49% of the other British people, so in either direction, a lot of people will be ignored.
Matters like these, like in normal and sane countries, require a sound victory, not a barely made it victory.
Then again no other Western country is dumb enough to make a referendum binding.
Exactly if you took 100 people in a line it would be 52 leave 48 remain. That's not a big difference. You might as well say it was as close to 50/50 you'll see in any vote.

No they don't. Every last one of the so called "VOTED WRONG DO IT AGAIN." was never like how the Euroskeptics try to push. Every single time there were negotiations around what the public in those countries found wrong with the deal, the things they didn't like were removed, added some other things that said countries did like and asked if the public of said country if they liked this deal. Basically the first votes and second votes are by and large on different things.
Short term loss for longer term sustainability. Seems nearly impossible with shelf life of politicians. But UK did it. Congrats, mates.
Congrats on reaching a new level of hyperbole if you keep it up you will soon be at the level in the trump and hillary threads.
It can vary per country, the general rule is always 50+1, meaning 51% is the majority.
Then again in some countries they also go by the 60% rule. In my country for example laws need a 60% approval to get passed on the first round, if it's not they have to go back to the drawing board to sway the remaining percent, or change the laws to appeal more politicians to vote in favor. However, generally laws here either fail hard or succeed big in voting, they seem to agree easy on tax laws, even though in the media they fight about raising taxes lol.
You're pretty much 100% right, that is how Democracy works these days.
Punish people that don't agree with what those in power say.
Make reference to any tiny crumb, call it "data", find a biased editor who will slap the word "study" on it, and scare people into thinking their world is coming to an end.

They made the right choice especially if deutsche bank goes down. Right now it's worse off than what Lehman brothers was before the 2008 financial crisis.

On the other side people who voted to remain should stop crying the fact is your fellow remainers couldn't be bothered to get out of bed and go 8the extra effort to turn up to the polls. You only have yourselves to blame for not working harder than the leave campaign did. You can make up stories that everyone was lied to that it was a big farce but at the end of the day the only reason you lost is the people who wanted to remain were far too lazy to bother to cast a ballot. Leavers wanted an independent Britain for every one who is spewing doomsday chicken little scenarios there is just as many saying it's a good a thing.
