Nah, haha I spent a couple of hours looking through the laws as posted online and I asked my brother, who is a lawyer. It's a perfectly valid ballot.

I also learned that in Massachusetts you're entitled to a maximum of three ballots. If I tore the first one in half, I could ask for a second. If I drew a giant dong on it and defaced large portions of it, I could ask for a third. If I answered everything with an X instead of filling out an oval, the election staff is not required to give me a fourth ballot.

As far as writing outside of the designated area, you can generally write anywhere you want so long as it doesn't hinder the scantron's ability to read your fully filled in oval or constitute a purposeful large defacement (a big X). This is because some people underline what they read to help them read it and use other learning aids, particularly if English isn't their first language.

Taking a photo of my ballot could get me fined $50 and a citation (it's not even a misdemeanor), but it's never once been enforced and I though the occasion merited a modest violation.

It varies by state though. So nobody should do it just because I did, particularly in swing states.

No because again we can never blame businesses for anything. Businesses want easy and cheap labor. Illegals cross easily and will work on the cheap. Illegals and the U.S. are not going to process immigrants for lack of better word "no skills". This is not the turn of the century where again the U.S. had labor shortages and of course the industrial age needed more labor. Now we need less labor that is more skilled.

One solution would be to provide work visas where people can cross the border and work and then go back home. Or better yet, our businesses hire American citizens and pay a living wage.

Immigration is a complex problem with a number of easy solutions. I wonder why none of them ever get voted on? Because of the US Time zones, I believe results from the East Coast of the USA are not made public until voting ends on the West Coast.

However, people living outside of the USA (like me in Australia), can access East Coast voting results before most people in the USA.

the word means you believe that your race is superior to anyone else's. Period - that is what the word has always meant.

Saying that "Mexicans are rapists and murders" is racist is totally wrong and only a fucking moron would ever use the word to describe that statement.
