Arcane tier bonuses are extremely strong.
Frost single target is theoretically good but man its aoe is not good.
How is Nighthold even, alot of burst aoe and movement?
Because then I might just change from Balance Druid..
Sooo.. Elemental, Hunter or Mage?
Not if (as the OP suggests) they swap to some random new class/spec because it has better theory crafting.
Then they will not be familiar, and be competing against those who are.

Been loving arcane in M+ due to mobile and sustainable decent AoE. Just wish I could get into more runs ...
Challenge Mode : Play WoW like my disability has me play:
You will need two people, Brian MUST use the mouse for movement/looking and John MUST use the keyboard for casting, attacking, healing etc.
Briand and John share the same goal, same intentions - but they can't talk to each other, however they can react to each other's in game activities.
Now see how far Brian and John get in WoW.
Melee AoE could go to WW. Finally a SEF fix, so SEF+Bracers could be putting out some damn nice DPS on big packs. Depends how many targets, ofc.. ST, bracers for WW got a nicely sized buff, those without bracers will probably do similar damage t before the patch, swapping Serenity for SEF.
I have a feeling Spriest will still be top, with the added bonus of S2M no longer being mandatory.
I'd like for BM to be top, but i have a feeling it'll be maybe middle of the pack.
I have a feeling it will be arms in sim, but many nighthold fights will be so melee unfriendly it will end up being a ranged class - probably one of mage, priest or hunter.

It's actually Wowhead, if I quoted directly from Ion the signature would drag out too long.
Exactly, have the traits, relics and the like to make AEx4 + ABar work pretty well, can increase the AE to ABar ratio depending on the need.
Also - I said descent AoE, not maximum AoE theoretically possible AoE. The mobility makes it a winner esp with some of the affixes.
Single target depends on the boss. There are 3 or 4 bosses throughout the dungeons that it pretty much sucks on.
The poorest numbers come with 2 or 3 targets.... that's when the numbers go abysmal.

I don't get why people suddenly think BM is going to be super strong because the tier is no longer a dps loss but actually good. It will do great on paper and low boss movement encounters, its AoE has always been pretty good but requires the targets to be pretty close together, 10 yards. But where Bm gets problems is that the pet AI is still just as stupid as its always been. Hati is quite dull, not super responsive. Pet travel time is slow. Pets still get stuck on seemingly nothing, or somehow wedge themselves somewhere they cant get back out. Multi target dps like a council fight or boss with adds that aren't tanked within 10 yards is going to be quite low. The spec is also pretty reliant *as quite a few specs* on specific legendaries, like the belt (even with the nerf) and the new coming shoulders ( that give you an EXTRA charge of Direbeast).
As for OP its gonna be Arms Warriors, once they get that crazy Draught of Souls you'll see why. Until its nerfed anyway.
I'm gonna go out on a whim here and say Ret will be pretty good, coz fuck it why not?
