Akame ga kill ending - Sweet.

Akame ga kill manga ending: I liked this ending. I really did. Not kidding, it was great. Basically everything I'd hoped for the ending. I will not give any rating yet since I'd most likely rate it far too high just because of the ending.

That ending actually wrapped things up nicely. Way sweeter and happier than I was expecting.

edit: It was pretty enjoyable for the most part, and the art was really good. I'd say a 7.5/10 would be a good score since it wasn't really anything special in the long run, but I'd round it up to 8 on MAL since it's rare to feel this satisfied with an ending.

First episode of Seiren was kinda fun. Seems like a generic romcom but at the same time it has a really different feel. Doesn't hurt that Ayane Sakura is voicing this arc's main qt.

Me and gf got a place together. Didn't really consider logistics when we picked out a place on top of a mountain. Internet was a hassle to get (it's only 6 megabit down, fml) so been hard to watch new things. Been reading/rereading a lot. Got through 5 Haruhi novels, read the official Oregairu vol 1 novel, read the entirety of Flowers of Evil (not as good as Mari, but still pretty damn good), 3 omnibus volumes of Punpun, and 10 volumes of YuruYuri in Japanese.

I still have shows from last season I wanted to finish/catch up on, but between crazy work schedule (I work 6pm-4am 5 days a week at a casino), having no internet, and spending time with the 3D waifu, it's been impossible to really watch anything. Now that we're finally close to being completely moved in, I have my computer and TV set up and she's been watching some cartoons with me. Currently got her watching SSY and she's interested, though she finds it really weird so far through 6 episodes. We did watch all of the Nisekoi anime together, which she really enjoyed. She started Oregairu on her own but only watched the first 3 or 4 episodes, and she watched I think 4 or 5 episodes of Hyouka when I wasn't home. She actually wants to watch stuff with me, and that's kinda nice.

I should be around more often now that I have internet again, though. I forgot how to shitpost so I'll need to practice.

I originally gave that show a 9, then dropped it to an 8, and thinking back about it, I feel like that might even be too high. I loved the art style and the first OP/ED combo. I liked some of the characters. I didn't even really have a preference in the autist/tsundere ship war. I just remember feeling like the show got to the perfect point for the romance and it just kept going after basically ignoring a really good opportunity to solidify the start of the MC's relationship. MC was also a cunt, so there's that. I might end up rewatching it since it's on a friend's to-watch list.

That song sounds like a lot of the school/graduation songs. First time I watched it, I thought it was the opening ceremony song from K-On s2.

Kaoru reminds me a bit of Kansai from Molester Man. Still not better than Haruka though.

Now I'm stuck on a shit girl arc so it's a struggle getting through these episodes
