i used to farm sha on 25 toons but i have given up now i might do 1 or 2 kills a week 1-2 kills now can take longer then 25 kills did last expantion.

This issue exist since WOD and Blizzard said that they will "fix" it in Legion. Guess they lied.
I'd like to know how you can make your mounts move faster. I wait roughly in the middle of his spawn points, hear his yell, look around, fly to him and still don't make it in time. So the best solution is to to fucking alt-tab out of the game while standing near a few spawn points and wait until it spawns at those few locations? Such great game design. "Wait at this specific location and do nothing for 15 minutes."
They just need to make him unattackable for ~15 seconds after he spawns. That way anyone that's waiting for it to spawn can actually get to him. If you just miss him, you only have to wait 15 minutes. Problem solved.
Entitled much? How about if you actually see the Sha, you auto loot him. That way every one is happy and there would be no more tears about people killing stuff cause they got there first. No. That will not do. Maybe if you go to the zone and type /sha then you get a chance of the mount.
Kids expect too much these days. Blizzard should do no such thing with any mob that has multiple spawn points.
more reason all old "rng" based mounts from 2 XPACS or older should be sold in the store.....

It isn't fun when it melts as soon as it pops, and is less fun when it melts and you're just out of range to (for example) Conflag to tag. Both happen to me multiple times a week. However, if I have time to wait the first 15 minutes in the middle of the day or night then I clearly have time to wait another 15, or bounce around looking for a lowbie in LFG who can't kill him alone on their low-pop server. So that's what I do.
This concept of wuv confuses and infuriates us.
I stopped doing Sha entirely. It's just way too frustrating.
They need to make it spawn in the same spot every time so people have a chance to get their tag in.
Gotta love how unreasonable these "suck it up" solutions are. I have limited time and I'd like to do this on a bunch of chars.
I don't want to camp 20 minutes for spawn roulette or to watch Sha melt before my eyes. Neither of these represents compelling gameplay. This is an unintended effect of the power inflation and the circumstances of the spawn that creates a ton of frustration for collectors. The devs need to tweak the variables in order to bring this in line with the level of player interest in this boss.
I personally believe 15-25 minutes is too long for a respawn. By the end of the expansion, 15 minutes might become too long for Galleon and Oondasta too, if the health pools don't leave enough room for all the dozen or so potential campers hit the boss once.

It would be a matter of 1 minute tops to allow the people who were camping and not asleep to reach the tag, but how nice can I expect you to be? I mean you named yourself after menstruation...
I have the mount, I got it before Sha could melt in <5 seconds, so this issue doesn't really impact me. It's just people like you that bug me. "Oh these mount farmers are crying but it's not as issue I experience therefore it's not an issue altogether and they should just suck it up".
People were doing the exact same bullshit when we were asking for Galleon and Oon to be reduced to 15 minute respawns. And then they changed it and now where are the crybabies? Probably realising that the new 15 minute spawn timers are pretty neat (if they even farm them, half of the people commenting haven't touched a Pandaria world boss since the gear was relevant). They're asking for a quality of life change. Not an increase in the drop, not something that ruins the gameplay for any other players. I don't know why people are bagging out people asking for Sha to be changed in some way when it's not detrimental to literally anyone. The change changes nothing but access to the boss. Jesus Christ. Go play your game and don't worry about a tiny little quality of life change for people who farm it on alts. These same people farmed Galleon and Oon on 10-20+ alts when they were at 1-2 hour respawns so they put in the damn effort and deserve to be able to tag Sha when he spawns.

My record solo kill for Sha is 12seconds, but yes, something should be done about the low HP.

You're just pulling that number out of thin air, though. Realistically, you could wait 30 minutes and there would still be someone that was just "this close" to making it, complaining about others being jerks for not waiting. There really isn't any clear way to draw the line. The problem isn't the respawn timer, it's not the mob's health. It's the fact that it has a random spawn point. People are spread out over the entire zone. There would be far less frustration if everyone could just group up in the same spot and get their AoE ready, like they do for Galleon, Nalak, Oondasta, even non-boss mobs like Huolon.
The line is as clear as it can be: the time it takes someone with 280% flying to reach the spawn point from the regular camp spot in the middle of the map. Nobody is saying you should wait for every random person who happens to enter the zone, only for the people who were already camping when it spawned. It's less than a minute to allow them to catch up.
But I agree that Blizzard should fix this, they can't leave it to the playerbase because so much of the community is pure garbage. People value their time little enough that they think its fine to camp in batches of 20 minutes until you manage to tag, but they won't lose even 30 seconds to be nice to others. Decency is worth less than shit to them.
Fixed spawn point is the ideal solution right now, but perhaps they should consider future problems too. With our exponential power increase, in a couple of years these world bosses will die from 2 or 3 hits even from low geared players. If we get to this point, even people who camp on the spot will be missing tags.
