Back in the 90s and earlier 2000s there was a group of black Muslims who were constantly speaking in Times Square about killing white people. I walked by them daily, they were never attacked. That's the difference. Basically just forcing people out of certain areas. He wants to make a new state or nation in which only whites are allowed but he doesn't want a violent cleanse. He wants to just make a boundary and say "Hey you... no non-whites past here"
