What if the national guard makes a mistake though and starts trying to arrest and deport legal immigrants? Have you seen the state that immigration courts are in currently? Flooding those with tonnes of more cases all at once is a nightmare in and of itself. Risking that people get shot despite not even being illegals is a recipe for disaster on top of that.
