If a guy wants to compete for World firsts, he has 1 option, Method, no other guild puts in the hours(other than the Ruskies, but there is a language barrier there) for world firsts.

How do you even objectively measure skill these days?
Rank 1 parses are more often than not cheese fests where the guild sets up perfect fights so one guy can pad as much as possible
Who even cares whos better? Get yourself playing better instead of trying to live vicariously thru others mate

I'm pretty sure Rogerbrown is the best raid leader in the world, he almost certainly takes an impact on his performance due to raid leading.

Gingi's accomplishments speak for himself, hes got a lot of top hunter parses, he was top in challenge modes back in the day and hes a top M+ hunter.

Gingi hands down all day every day of the week. Rogerbrown is a great Raidleader and performs excellently in raid settings but in terms of individual skill there's no comparison really

Roger has made it very clear he prioritizes raid leading and getting kills over the "ermagerd top parse" mentality. That said, I'm pretty sure you're not in Method if you're not damn good.
