That was actually my thought when opening this link. As far as I'm aware, this seems to be a conservative rally. At least that's how it's being called here, but I'm in Canada so I take this with a grain of salt.

We'll see, escalation is sure to happen, the real question being "who was first".

Which is really the whole point. You cannot attack someone just because he/she has a nazi ideology. If that person hit or kill, then it's an individual issue. If a group of extremist start to commit terrorist act, then the group becomes outlawed. If the group is outlawed, force can be applied by the law.

Self-justice is illegal in every way, and it seems that Elba just wants to bypass that entirely with false equivalencies.
