Looks good, except the power supply might be weak, if you plan on going SLI in the future, but it suffices for one 680.
As for kingston RAM, it's generally not regarded very highly, I suggest either g.skill or corsair vengeance memory.
Also, keep in mind that you should really get an HDD too, (I'm guessing you just forgot to list it) because 240gb isn't a lot of space.
Personally I would consider getting a 120gb ssd and a 1tb HDD.

I don't recommend getting that HDD.
Get something like a Samsung Spinpoint F3 1 or 2TB.
