Looks like a big forum error to me.What does "bait him" mean? He's the one who is bastardizing my name.
You are wrong. That isn't censorship. Deleting a thread "Ghostcrawler should go in a cave and die" is basically a threat or wanting someone to die. There's no fucking excuse for that. You are if anything apologizing for bad behavior.Look up the definition of Censorship.

FOMO: "Fear Of Missing Out", also commonly known as people with a mental issue of managing time and activities, many expecting others to fit into their schedule so they don't miss out on things to come. If FOMO becomes a problem for you, do seek help, it can be a very unhealthy lifestyle..
"Ghostcrawler should go in a cave and die" Is not a threat it's an opinion. Not my opinion, but an opinion.
Freedom of speech does not imply freedom to say or do whatever you want without consequences. You have the right to have any opinion you want, but if that opinion is insulting, hostile, rude or disrespectful, it will be moderated and by moderated I mean either censored as a preventative and protective measure for other users or punished.
My magic will tear you apart.
Though just below you have a good explenation to just one view of a moderator.
Just because a thread goes, "Ghostcrawler should go in a cave and die" (using that example), doesn't mean that it has to be worded so. This is what I would call on the border of problematic posting, and should be moderated.

But, previous title in discussion, that is not a constructive creation of discussion. The guidelines are there to assist and protect the users. Previous thread in discussion could have been viable, but it is common sense that you don't on a public forum discuss the topic of someone needing to die.

Honestly, in just about every conceivable way, I'd rather have limitations with benefits than be completely free to say and do what I want at any given time with no guardian, leadership or moderator present or tolerated. It certainly helps with forums and chat rooms and most any societal events.

[What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."
Even in America there are special cases where "freedom of speech" is limited to not being disrespectful. I tried reading about it a bit now, but there are too many lawsuits that would require me to read stuff I'm not interested in
Of course, the situation is different, our judicial system is based on rules and principles with known consequences and without deviation unless the legislative government changes it. In the USA there are so many things set by precedents that it can get very confusing. For me it's just common sense that I can think someone's a total *any-set-of-expletives* while publicly stating my dislike because of reasons I can politely argue about and get punished if I use the first option publicly. I don't think that rules about this encroach on my freedom of speech.
Still, as you said, MMO-Champion is a semi-private forum and when you apply you accept that posting here is subject to rules and regulations and that your ability to use the board is a privilege and not a right. If we remove corruption from the discussion, most rules are there to protect users from other users. For example, I don't have any taboo subjects in my brain, I wouldn't mind seeing hardcore pornography here, but just because I don't have a problem with it, doesn't mean that it's appropriate for all users and we as moderators are obliged to protect everyone equally. Equally in this case means that everyone is able to post or read these forums without suffering any kind of gender, race, sex, class, disability, religion, nationality or whatever attacks.
Imagine going down the street and telling people honestly what you think and feel. I can't, because I'd probably get stabbed by the second person I meet. It's the same in an online community. We need to strive to be civil and polite and to think first, even if it's the last thing we want or feel.
