With the Left Wing Party winning the Greek elections, it has openly stated that it will not pursue austerity measures.
This means that Greece has no intention of paying back it's huge debt to the EU.
Germany, being a strong EU member is rightfully annoyed.
Considering the EU membership is founded on Left Wing Socialism where the weak are propped up by the strong and now Greece has turned it's back on responsibility, Portugal, Ireland and Spain are now in precarious positions.
They too could form bonds with Greece and chose not to pay their debts back. Greece has inadvertently damaged Portugals, Irelands and Spains reputations, which are now on the line.
If they choose to repay their debts, i can see other countries wanting their stake back very quickly now. Expect austerity to start happening in the near future for them.
Where resources are in short supply, the Left is absolutely terrible at balancing the books. It's an economical disaster.
