All of you who do not want to raid mythic, my question is - why?
(This is for people "not WANTING" to do mythic, but could do it right now if they wanted)

Don't want to field 20 players. After raiding with a tight group of 10, I can't go back. Too much hassle.
Admittedly the free time gained from not raiding was also very nice. But I'd almost certainly go back if 10 players at the maximum difficulty was an option again.
Main - Spirál - Hunter
You should add the option "The guild can't fill/maintain a 20-man raid".
I honestly don't. Even if my guild wasn't horrible, I have no desire to be the best of the best. I respect those who do.
My server just got their Realm First Mythic Imperator kill like 2 days ago.
And even if I didn't live on an RP server, I don't want to deal with applications, alt requirements, playing on a schedule, and people analyzing my meters 24/7.
FFXIV - Maduin (Dynamis DC)
I would seek out a mythic Guild, I mean I was heroic bis 2 months into brf mostly from pugging, I killed Blackhand after week 3 and my casual guild is currently 10/10 N and 8/10 heroic but I only get 1 good night to raid on and an hour a day otherwise which I pug. My ilevel is 692 and I have bis for demo and destro. But I have a wife, child and job. There is no way I could commit to a mythic guild with my schedule. I only play while my kid is in the shower for an hour and my 1 raid night. I want my kid to grow up knowing her dad because that is far more important than a video game.
I choosed "The difficulty is too high".
For one thing, I have no interest in PvE period. I do no group PvE activities, other than occasional garrison defenses and assaults with my brothers, and even if I was interested in PvE, I would only do LFD and LFR and nothing else. I have less than zero interest in being part of a guild, having a schedule, being told what to do or how to play, etc . I play WoW for my own enjoyment, not for someone else.
My raid core is the same ~10 people for the last 8 years. Not every one moves out of stuff as well or as fast as others, I have no interest in raiding with others simply to beat mythic.

TL;DR: I got burnt out and don't care for the schedule. My life is too busy now that I'm done with school.
I joined a mythic guild,
Did a few raids and it was pretty much the same as heroic just a few added mechanics and scaled numbers.
I just get burnt out on raiding before people are ready for mythic.
There's too many difficulty slider's in the game now.
It should be LFR > Heroic > Mythic.
Or just LFR > Mythic.

Of course you are going to have a crap ton of people voting on this who couldn't possibly be a mythic raider due to a lack of a lot of qualities telling you why they are not a mythic raider. Probably would of been better in the raid forum.
1) There are 0 tangible rewards for mythic. The Cutting Edge Achievement is a little bullet tucked away and not a reward. The mounts are still obtainable. Ilvl is a tool to do your job not a reward, if you clear mythic now that ilvl will be on gear in HFC anyway. All it does is enable you to continue to raid at that level.
2) Recycled content is recycled. If you clear it on LFderp, you've seen it.
You didn't list the major reason: too many people in a raid.
In 10m Heroics there's only six DPS so each of you can have responsibilities and are easily remembered as a separate individual from the others, for healers it doesn't matter if you're a Mistweaver or a Holy Paladin you will be spamming single-target heals and it will be exciting to play your spec, for tanks your DPS is a noticible part of the overall damage on the boss, everybody can be heard and discussions can happen in a single call with everyone in it without segregating people into different sub-calls with three, four, five officers who have to manage the group rather than just "the raid leader and the loot council" and it's genuinely a "I've come to do something as part of a group" rather than "can I join this crowd?"

Soothing Mist:"Healing them for a minor amount every 0.5 sec, until you take any other action."
Jade Serpent Statue: "The statue will also begin casting Soothing Mist on your target. healing for 50% as much as yours. "
[What's half of minor?]
"Statue casts Soothing Mist at a nearby ally for toddler healing."
Unfortunately, I guess I didn't phrase my question well enough, so people are misunderstanding it. I'm curious why people don't want to do it, not why they can't (may it be lack of raiding skills/guild roster issues/etc.), so it's more aimed towards the general populace, not mythic raiders.
Cleared Siege hc, started an MSc, then they announced Mythic 20 man(amongst other changes) and our 10 man group got flooded with mediocre unloyal trials. I decided to quit raiding and speedrunning cm's. The extra time is really nice, but there is also so little to gain doing mythic with people who constantly whining that they arent being boosted fast enough.

Priorities in life changed. We downed a couple mythic bosses, and finally tapped out to the recruitment, retention, regearing boss. Along the way I just realized I wasn't having fun with it anymore.
Voted 'other'. raid bosses have too many mechanics for no other purpose than to have more mechanics. the raid journal (conceptually, i know it doesnt list wrath or BC raids, for good reason, you would see just how few mechanics those bosses had and then realize raids back then were less complex compared to today) has grown exponentially since wrath. fights just feel overly bloated with mechanics.
they arent so much hard, just more than there needs to be. i feel having so many mechanics detracts from allowing a fight to be defined by a few exclusive ones.
