Average AM reck/bb cooldown

What is the average cooldown of RECK/BB as arms while using AM, lets say on tyrant/highcouncil.

From my exp, around ~45s on BB and 2:10-2:20 on AM, AKA never syncs up with legendary ring.

As Arms: You can get CDs down by 1/3 with BL. Fury has no problem with that because of class trinket.
