ICC zone buff 10%

This is mainly just to inform everyone, but /discuss. Too soon? Expected? Can we expect the same interval between each 5% addition?

Expected. Around a month interval, 30% should come right before Cata release.

Not debating that it won't hit 30% by Cata, but the 10% was throttled based on the world 1st LK Hard Mode kill.

Not sure what other mile stones they will base it on, or if its going to be purely time based now.

I'm willing to bet the buff will increase faster, rather than a steady 4 week interval. Like the first increase took 4 weeks, next 3, after that 2, and it'll probably stick to 2 after that, because 1 week intervals just seems a bit silly, however the fact that a 4 week interval would only give a month or two at the most of gameplay in ICC before cata hits doesn't make much sense either.

Yeah, and not very good speculation considering there was a blue post stating it would increase "about every month or so". And hey, guess what, its been 4 weeks. So it makes sense that it would go up now. World First Heroic LK 25 kill is just a coincidence.

Nah, they will not up it that fast. They want to give people a solid chance at each interval. And only a month or 2 at 30% makes complete sense. Allow those stragglers a chance, but don't give it forever. And then let Cata come out.

Yes is appears to be active. And most is just speculation. Except there was a blue post stating that it would be "about every month or so". So this upping is right on time actually. It will probably be close to the first Tuesday of each new month, but as evidenced by today, may not in fact be the case.

There was no "timetable" released by blizzard; the only timetable released was by World of Raids, which has now been proven incorrect.

The only hint that blizzard gave was that it should be "roughly once per month".
