Patchwerk/Frogger (The idea is that standing Patchwerk on Frogger slimes would make them detonate, dealing A small % of his health as damage)
Normal
"He doesn't need to Dodge cars..." - Force Patchwerk to detonate 10/25 Frogger Slimes while fighting on Normal Difficulty.
"...But he really should." - Force Patchwerk to lose 15%/30% or more of his health to Frogger Slimes while fighting on Normal Difficulty.
"You Missed the Log" - Die Five/Ten times to Frogger Slimes before Thaddius has been engaged and defeated during one raid lockout on Normal Difficulty.

"The Man with the Metal Hand" - Survive Steelbreaker's Fusion Punch Once/Three Times without dispelling its damage over time component.
"A Storm is Brewing" - Defeat Stormcaller Brundir without interrupting Chain Lightning or Lightning Whirl while he is the only boss remaining/During the entirety of the fight.
"Not-So Basic Campfire" - Survive inside One of Runemaster Molgeim's Death Runes for 7.5/15 seconds.

Yogg-Saron
"Only I have the Brains to Rule Lylat!" - Force Yogg-Saron to enter Phase 3 in Three/Two Delusion phases or less.
"More than just Friends" - Get Constricted by a Constrictor Tentacle at least Three/Six times during the course of the encounter.
"I will Crush and Destroy and... Ohh Shiny!" - Defeat a Crusher Tentacle while Two/Three different players are targeting it with Jewelcrafting Focusing Crystals.
"Deep Fried Saron" - Defeat Yogg-Saron while wearing a Chef's Hat.
"Walking Anathema" - Defeat Yogg-Saron while afflicted by Two/Three of any of the following types of Debuff: Poison, Curse, Disease, Magic.
