    Worgen District. (spoiler)

Really? All worgen get is a tree in Darnassus. Thats really lame, Goblins get this huge town and worgen get a tree. A nastly looking tree at that. It better have a portal to somewhere awesome inside there.

    Thoughts?

Hm? That tree is a lot more awesome than that oil spill you call a town.

Definitely the word "District" is being much too generous. It's a single tree that isn't a unique model, there are a bunch of those same trees all over Azeroth.

But to put Goblins in perspective, they get a "huge town" in Azshara as part of the leveling experience. In Orgrimmar they just have a crappy pool of oil and dirt.

So, it's not quite as one-sided as it seems.

It is a district... technically... if it has the same number of people in it. Imagine it like a district that spirals upward.

    please explain it?

because really as I see it untill now (probaly gonna chance but meh) the Goblins get a small district in Orgrimmar and Bilgewater Harbor(wich really is bigger then Goldshire and Eastvale Logging Camp)and the Worgen (untill now) get only a Tree 'District in Darnassus.

Ofcourse everything can be changed up untill retail but still.

Yes, it is kinda underwhelming, though simplicity could be nice too. Goblin 'town' isn't more than a few tents and a 'lake'.

The Worgen tree is beautiful. And it really isn't that small, it's plenty big enough to house all the basic NPCs you need (trainers, repair, etc)

The Goblin slums may be bigger, but honestly, they are ugly. They look exactly like what they are called. Be happy Worgen got something cool looking.

Anyone else annoyed with the dog refences Blizzard has puked on the worgen ?

We got dog jokes, lines that refer to dogs and now a tree as a district, obviously because dogs like trees.

Someone at Blizzard HQ needs his head checked. What's worse is that the bosses agreed with this crap.

Bilgewater while the capital for the Goblins is still just considered a standard town unlike the Worgen who actually lost their city to warfare and are now forced to live in a city they just settled in less then 6 months ago.(Which is a big factor as to why their district aint gigantic. Lets not forget that no npcs are still in which means its still not done and there could be a few more things added in.(Maybe another tree, most likely making the one tree more unique and adding things into the inside of it. Also the tree is very unique the only other location of a similar tree is in Gilneas.

Comes with being the race that will turn out to be the popular of the two. Look at the BE all their jokes and references lead to pride and being gay.

It seems probable that we'll see more for Worgen in the future. I don't think Blizz will relegate all that awesome Victorian architecture to a single zone.

Cow jokes with Tauren ... beer jokes with Dwarves ... while the Worgen = Dog stereotype does get old after awhile, it's not like we don't have precedent.

Because there was a complete lack of tree theming in Darnassus before?

I'm almost completely sure that Bilgewater is there just so Horde can get a mini city like Theramoore.

Guys, you DO know that the Slums are supposed to look better, but are being built? There was a thread about it on this forum. (It had a pic of Mida the Org Goblin leader) so it will improve, which is why I hope that Worgen get a SW district, or a bit of Gilneas.

Yea, that way both have a nice port city. Like I said before the only reason I want a Worgen district it because the houses look soooo good. And until now the only Worgen buildings we've seen are tents (Nice, but a bit sad) and that tiny village, so a small district would be nice. And for the Horde Goblins would finish building a huge casino in Org :P
I won the game and all I got was this lousy signature.

Please; if you have any doubts about how to spec Google it, it'll be way faster than making a thread about it.

Well the horde DOES need a port And it is basically the port that takes you to the twilight highlands

Well, NPCs arent spawned there. If they`d be, 100% sure that it wont change. But since its empty im looking forward for some improvements.

But, map is done. So no big changes there.

FU BLIZZ! and your Horde favouritism.FU.
