unfortunately this bag comes from old deprecated items that where there since wow beta,
as you can see this item # is 1100, and the previous item (#1099) is the codex that teaches priest how to conjure food.

there will not be any 36 slot bag in cataclysm, at least not this one.

But you could expect a 26 slot epic bag (maybe made by tailors, dropped by some easy raid boss), also a 28 slot bag, a bit later in the expansion, and by the end, *probably* a 30 slot one.

But I have absolutely no proof exept my own suppositions.

One thing is sure, item #1100 aka monster bag, will not be.
