I still am finding new bonfires in DS2.
I think DS2 bonfires are way more and close to each other more I mean each zone almost have 4 or 5 bonfires haha specially the one near majula where the stone npc lady was inside one of the rooms there one bonfire then you go straight after you open the door boom another bonfire then after the fog area another bonfire. DS2 has the most bonfires compare to all of the souls series to be honest haha.

That's also the beginning of the game. After that you don't see a bonfire for quite a bit.

You do trust me in this. Area like lost bastille and sinners rise how many bonfires are there? you make the count :P

Iron keep alone without the optional pvp area (forgot the name of that area) has like 3 bonfires.

Another example is Earthen Peak the area is too small yet has billion of Bonfires.

In DS3 the amount of bonfires slightly less but the areas overall are larger you can't compare Drangleic castle area to something like

Irithyll of the Boreal Valley for example.

4 of those bonfires you mentioned are locked behind a boss, a natural place for a bonfire.

Irithyll was pretty short once you knew it, however i sepcifically remember that area being a bitch.

Yeah you are right but you are talking about 4 bonfires in a small area like Earthen Peak VS 4 bonfires in Irithyll not counting the boss one of course. Let us be honest Irithyll is way bigger than Earthen Peak also I am not counting the bonfires of harvest poison area which is a sub area before that earthen peak area and that sub area alone had a two bonfires very very close to each other.

True, i did think that was kind of silly. Then again i also remember it took me longer to go through that area than it did Irithyl cause of those stupid archers.

    The cape was funny.

I dunno why but I kind of like the flat textures look on some things.

When the harpies in the Road of Sacrifices started screeching I became horrified.

Haha yeah but for me the only time I got horrified when the dead hollow that has an item I can't remember where I think it's in Irityll dungeon area or somewhere else where you get that item from the dead corpse hollow then suddenly it screams loudly like hell haha it got me off guard I immediately rolled back with my shield up when that happened to me the first time.

Yeah that part did freak me out when I first saw it, but I was referring to the video Jtbrig linked. The textures messed them up so they look like a glowing ball shrieking at you.

When I went into the jail there was a message saying '' time to be brave ahead '' in front of a corpse. I walked to it and instantly rolled back, expecting a trap. Nothing.

I hit the body, the walls. Nothing.

And then I looted the corpse and I jumped out of my chair as the corpse screeched.

The worst part is you spend the rest of the game just bracing yourself for something like that to happen again and it never really does.

It does. There are a few more corpses in the jail that screech and make you want to murder everything.

The Jail was really spooky. Didn't help that the Jailers are very strong sons of bitches.

When the hollow bum rushes you in the prison and pushes you off the ledge, I went from a moment of terror to laughing my ass off.

But yeah fuck the Jailers. Probably the most annoying enemy in all of Soulsbourne.
