Don't use your WoW password anywhere besides blizzard products?

avast is good but im guessing your using the free one so its not going to get rid of what you got if u got something.
Get an authenticator man, thats the only way t be safe cause they wont be able to change your info anymore

Authenticator, or fresh install of Windows and WoW, sounds like there is a keylogger there albeit undetected.

Have an authenticator? Don't have one? Get one.

Get an Authenticator and/or do a complete reinstall of your OS.

Use the screen keyboard to type in your password.

does anyone else know your password? Perhaps its someone who hacked your actual email and can find out your info through there. Change your emails password too or create a new email and see if you can have it switched over. Dont give out account info if you are to anyone. Dont buy gold, if youve done that. Check your addons.

Download a Spyware detecting program such as Spybot: Search and Destroy.

Usually checking for Virus' isn't enough.

Only other option I can think of off the top of my head would be to invest in an Authenticator. Sure it may be annoying having to input a 6 digit code every time you log on, but its guaranteed to keep your account 99% hack proof.

Theres only a small number of hackers and keyloggers who can infect your computer and bypass your Authenticator.

    This. Fix all yer problems.

Once hackers know your battle.net name and your email name/password, they can just keep hacking you the same way they did the first time.
Next time you get hacked, leave your account disabled until you can attach an Authenticator to it. (I also suggest buying the Authenticator on another computer, one you know is safe. Your WoW account details are one thing, but giving the hackers your credit card details is a whole other kind of FFFFFUUUUUUU)

Try scanning your computer with Malwarebytes anti-maleware. It's really good at finding keyloggers and stuff.

KeyScrambler Personal is a free plug-in for your Web browser that protects everything you type from keyloggers. It defeats keyloggers by encrypting your keystrokes at the keyboard driver level, deep within the operating system. When the encrypted keystrokes reach your browser, KeyScrambler then decrypts them so you see exactly the keys you've typed. Keyloggers can only record the encrypted keys, which are completely indecipherable. Unlike anti-virus and anti-spyware programs that depend on recognition to remove keyloggers that they know about, KeyScrambler will protect you from both known and unknown keyloggers. What's more, KeyScrambler provides protection without getting in your way. You don't have anything to learn about the program and you don't have to do anything differently, but with KeyScrambler your important personal information will be a whole lot safer.

Lots of good comments from users etc.

On 2nd thought might not work for wow =P

This ^ Maywarebytes is very good, and in a lot of cases, will find keyloggers where antivirus fail, or don't even bother looking for.

As said, one authenticator and your problem goes away.
