Does someone at Blizzard see humanoid figures like this?

I'm just wondering if say, Chris Robinson, see's people like this walking around where he lives and if he just assumes that it's normal and then goes to work on the new character models.

My channel: Shirgadirth I used to do let's play's but now I do reviews, but not very often. Far too busy from school. Also too poor to buy games :P

There's something wrong here, but I just can't see what. Well, I can see the "wrong", but I can't point it.

    Maybe it's the neck.

    Why you ask?

The only problem (with the OP) is the neck is malformed. Otherwise it's a fairly standard bodytype.

I'm sorry, were you under the impression that Blizzard characters are supposed to look realistic? I can't imagine why, they never have. They've always had exaggerated features.

    Don't forget the massive wrists.

I don't care about exaggerated features, but most of the new character models have no necks and massive wrists. (Still.)

There's also the Kin doll crotch, but I'm sure that's totally normal, right guys?

Something's wrong around the waist area of that human. Very wrong.

I'll admit that when I first saw the new Draenei model I did immediately notice it's severe lack of neck, though as always, it's still a Work in Progress. Until it goes live, consider every model a Work in Progress, even those now launched into the Beta (Orc and Tauren and such).

The wrists would look completely different if the model were animated. As it is, that model doesn't even appear to have wrists -- it goes from arm straight to hand.

Never judge a model by a still image in a non-lifelike pose.

You're right. Totally didn't notice that until I stared again.

Still, the models all having weird proportions can be annoying, but I certainly don't mind when Draenei have them. Why? At least that puts them a peg above Star Trek style aliens. (e.g. - A human wearing a bit of makeup and some horns.)

    Why is he missing genitals?

I don't see the issue? If you are going to make proclamations based on assumptions, the assumption needs to be really obvious.
Regardless, if this is people bashing the new models again, just give it a rest.

They are spending a lot of time making the game look nicer, and you can still turn them off.
Surely you recognize a gift when you see it right?
Just be thankful and move on, even if you find it slightly imperfect.
