Got a couple of new fans for my Hyper 212+ (Noctua NF-P14 FLX) I also bought some Arctic Cooling MX-4 since I ran out of the stuff that came with the 212+ and wanted to reseat it.
CPU temperatures are essentially the same but the noise is... well... what noise?
(now if only I can get that GTX 580 to be quieter >_>)
(sure, they're not the prettiest fans... but function > form
)

I got tired of my cats messing with the cords for my keyboard/mouse so I went with the Logitech Wireless Marathon Mouse M705/Wireless Keyboard K320. Use both with the Unifying receiver so I basically only use 1 USB port and save the others for the printer/other stuff. Spending the amount of money to get one "gaming" piece of gear that I spend for both my mouse and keyboard seems a bit excessive. I have no problems with what I use now.
I'm also looking into getting a Logitech G930 because my corded headsets die every 5-6 months. And it's getting really, really annoying.Last edited by Muya; 2011-07-01 at 02:13 AM.

I'll have pics up shortly of the CM 690 II NVidia Edition rig I built for my friend last night. Her Alienware laptop (m15x) died a while back and she just got it back from Dell because she refused to pay $580 to their sorry asses to have the motherboard replaced. Yeah, motherboard replaced. Apparently there was "water damage" on it.
Long story short, she has my old Gateway mobo and E5200 Dual core CPU, 9800 GT, and some other things. :P She picked out the case because she liked it - so no hating the case Fuzzy and tetris! ;P -and so she has a new desktop for now. :P Though I think I've finally converted her, she was eyeing a $1500 Asus "gaming" laptop yesterday at the Tigerdirect store and they tried getting her credit but guess what, not approved. So yeah, this was the next plan. She misses gaming. :P
