The fact that MMOC has been posting about sub-races for the last 4 days, and are now finished on the same day as they have been rumoured to be released, makes me pretty much 100% sure they go live today. Fansites are always aware of these things ahead of time to prepare meterial for.

Oh boy! Judgind by twitter and forums, the anxiety level about this Q&A is so high, that if Ion don't announce something, it will be worse than post-Gamescon disappointment, when everyone was waiting the new expansion's announcement and instead got a full coverage patch's 7.3.
Starting beta annuncement is granted... but who knows what about Allied races... if they unlock them now or later... to fill the lack of content between the 2 expansions.
