Prestige in BfA

Will these accumulate if I have multiple characters with prestige level 1 (as in honor talents unlocked)? So 10 characters with honor talents unlocked + 10 honor levels?

Since 1st prestige level takes less honor than all others i would assume it will add honor points, rather than prestige levels themselves. So all those lvl 1 characters will be worth about half of real level.

As someone who pretty much pvp'd the entire 25+ prestige levels ( yea i did towers too, but the meat of the grind came from actual pvp) I'm glad to see this change. I also hope they never introduce a silly grind like this again.

both yes and no, glad most of the rewards are account bound tho, mounts n all that.

How does it trivialize it ? You still put the same effort in, it's not because its account shared that somehow honors point are given for free.

Just let people play the character they want, instead of their "PVP main because honor".

If Prestige Level 1 counts as a full level then you will be given "free" honour points. This is why it would make more sense to base it on total honour gained rather than levels, because the honour required to get level 1 is nothing and you can easily cheese 10+ levels using alts (therefore trivializing it).

They already corrected themselves in another tweet - it will be exactly that, _honor_ will be merged together from all characters, not prestige levels.

Its quite funny - the first twitter which implied 3 level 1 chars will give you prestige 3 was received so amazingly by everyone and everyone was super happy, then they clarified its just the honor and all the excitement died.

Ah cool, that's great - no "wasted" honour with this system.

Anyone any clue on the rewards post this merge? I'm not a pvp'er but have farmed the WQ's for most of legion (currently prestige 19 honor level 2.) I've got another 6 characters all at prestige 2-3 so make the 25 cap with ease, would just like the rewards (which I am happy to 'earn' but if they are given, why bother? )

I think the first 25 lvl is the the same, and then a new system/rewards after that.

So has anyone found any information on how high the prestige cap will be when the bfa prepatch hits and honor is combined?

Is it worth it to keep doing pvp things on alts if i'm already way over 25 prestige?

I really like the idea of this, and to be fair, I think it really sucked to have to honor level every character for the honor talents.

Prestige™ is everything but prestigious. It's just a mindless long grind anybody can achieve. It just takes time, no skills required.

Not even that. If you have few characters with insta WQ finish ability, you can just click the button to get 2000-3000k honor daily for nothing.

Is there an addon which shows the combined honor of all twinks? Altoholic showed in in older expansions when it was a currency but not in legion.

Honor is for 110 characters only at the moment

There are going to put more more leaves or just only the 25? Because I don't see any reason to do it all now , if you can still win honor with war mode etc it gone. Be more fun
