About Kalecgos and Derek: If you watch the cinematic where Baine returns Derek Proudmoure to Jaina, the camera shifts focus to the dagger Derek carries, hinting at a possible betrayal from him in the future. Furthermore, Sylvanas says that he will be "her dagger" to hurt the Proudmoures. Considering how Sylvanas is playing this 3-dimensional chess, it's possible that she planned for Baine to return Derek to Jaina and made him pretened to be fine when he is actually "the bomb/dagger" indeed. And while killing Kathrine Proudmoure would indeed hurt Jaina, it would be nowhere near as devastating as killing Kalecgos. Kalecgos and Jaina were a couple in a few of the books and their relationship is still uncertain but they love each other. Although it would suck to lose Jaina right after we finally got her back
But basically: if Shadowlands and Dragon Isles themes intertwine in the same expansion, there is a huge chance Sylvanas will be trying to kill the Dragon Aspects so killing Kalecgos using her pawn (Derek) isn't thaat far-fetched, I guess.
