Yesterday they ended with 75% votes counted. Almost a full day later it is 76% only. WTF are they doing?

I'd just like to point out the difference in the vote totals shown on the infographic here with what's being reported now..

Earlier:
Trump: 3,203,530
Biden: 3,019,133

Now:
Trump: 3,240,314
Biden: 3,142,414

That means that of the last 160,065 votes counted, the result has been:
Trump: 36,784
Biden: 123,281

Biden's made up 86,497 votes of the difference with a 77/23% vote split in that time. At that rate, he should only need another ~180k votes counted to break even.

$15/hr in Illinois allows you to live comfortably.

That is a VERY good question - one that several major polling firms will be addressing. Because you're right - they were way off, statistically significantly off, and they currently do not know why.

Yes, NJ is raising their minimum wage to $15 eventually, and I support it 100%. I actually think it needs to be higher as the math shows on average in my state that $15/hr barely achieves the goal of raising it.

I do not agree with a place where the cost of living is 1/2 what it is here to also start out at $15/hr.

Not sure what all that other nonsense was aimed at, but as someone who has been here for a decade, you should know that I am a huge supporter of raising wages and affording people a life where there is no need to work more than 1 job, nor more than 40 hours a week.
