I agree that the leak is fake, but them having ideas of 10 expansion themes doesn't mean they have a fully developped timeline of every expansion from A to Z. I mean, look at WoD.

I'm trying to look for it, it was a q&a where they had stated that they had opted for one xpac instead of another, and they had at least 10 directions fully develop in writing.

If it is PRE-BFA, it is not part of BFA. Pre means BEFORE. They were available months before BFA launched in LEGION.
