Oh I also suggest, Dominion side of course, to go to Crimson Isles for your starter zone. When you get passed the emperor choose the bays to the right of the lady giving you your new weapon, not the left. Crimson Isle leads to Deradune which is the best zone in the game, in my opinion.

God damn it, I said I wouldn't, but I've caved, downloading as we speak, between the fact that I have the spare cash and the fact that there is almost jack shit to do in WoW at the moment the thought was just rattling around in the back of my head for too long. You win this time carbine -.-

25% pops up every now and then, especially from GMG - that'll be you best chance. Otherwise, it'll be a bit. As we've seen from the servers, they sold a decent amount and interest is quite high.

I have been leveling through BGs and they drop in the boxes you get for finishing plus you get nice gear.

On the positive side, if you are leveling strictly through PvP, Adventures and Dungeons then you don't really need a mount anyway since they're unusable in that content

True, but I'd still like money for other things. I've already decided to skip my first mount and just wait for the hoverboard. There is housing stuff I want to buy, group content should give more money than solo content not less. It's not a single player game.

This is also coming from somebody who went into wildstar with very low expectations. When I first decided to try the game I thought I'd hate it, but I'm glad I tried it anyway and that I was so very wrong.

Can anyone tell me why the game launcher is super big. I can't see how much is downloading and all because its under my task bar grrr.

If my computer runs it decent I may pick it up if I like the 7day trial. Is there a LFG system within Wildstar?

if you have to ask if the game has a system like that, you will most likely not enjoy wild star, it is more hardcore

If it dosen't it dosen't. I was just wondering if it did.

I don't mind the walking and all but it is one of the ways of leveling I do enjoy. If the dungeons are tied into the main quest chain like FFXIV thats cool as well.

Also in my opinion I wouldn't say a lack of LFG makes a game more hardcore. You can still have a "Hardcore Game" with a LFG system if u do it like GW2 or FFXIV.

Yes the game does have a LFG System, it's very similar to WoW in that respect.

Also I have no idea why Kezzik brought up that random point about the game being hardcore when it DOES have a group finder. The only thing that cannot done be through LFG are raids and probably warplots, basically it's like how WoW worked before LFR. And warplots are essentially Rated BGs so it makes sense why those can't be done through LFG either.

Beats me. LFG dosen't change if a game is "Hardcore" or not.

Hardcore in truth is defined by each player. What some find to be hardcore others find to be stupid easy.

KK, that'll be the reason why. It was optimized for laptop screen at 1366x768 at the smallest - you'll still be able to play, but won't be able to see the full launcher. I'll take a look into any hacks.

That's an extremely poor oversight to make when a 1024x768 resolution is listed under Wildstars minimum requirements. Hopefully they fix it down the track >.>

ya I hope they do as well. Don't plan to build me a new computer until September. But if it can run playable on this and I enjoy the 7 free days ill buy it.
