Anyone know if it's possible for a Totodile in a lure ball in or before gen 6 through legitimate means? I'd like to have a nice dile in its most appropriate pokéball with all the kalos/Hoenn ribbons and I've been wracking my brain thinking of ways to get one the last few days.

No. You can get Totodiles only from Professors before SuMo.

Only method is in S/M, and I would guess US/UM without cheating.

The Cap Pikachu have been confirmed to be coming to the west. Starting September 19th, the Cap Pikachu will be available through special Serial Code on the official site. Players can only receive one of the six with the code so you will have to choose carefully which one you want:
· September 19–25: Ash's Pikachu (Original Cap)
· September 26 – October 2: Ash's Pikachu (Hoenn Cap)
· October 3–9: Ash's Pikachu (Sinnoh Cap)
· October 10–16: Ash's Pikachu (Unova Cap)

yea, it would be different if the move sets weren't already moves pikachu could learn, it's iron tail, volt tackle or electro ball which pikachu can already learn so...

besides all the hats suck except gen 1, they even made an entire fucking episode about that gen 1 hat, then gen 3 came around and that hat was worthless all of a sudden.
