Sure would. But the Nightmare will make it very hard for him to keep his wits, the Worgen form will constantly call to him.

I'm going to bring Ronacus if that is alright. For now he will be on the rescuing side but due to his contact with the Nightmare when it was at it's full strength I can't say he won't be pulled back to it's control. He is basically a loose cannon, but he has extensive knowledge of the Dream and it's many layers. So accept him at your own risk. ^.^

I have a question about magical items. If they dont release any kind of power, say a magic imbued sword that can deflect or absorb magic, how would it be affected? Just curious because Feanor carries a few magical items.

It depends on whether the item is a focus for external power or if it is enchanted itself. Enchanted items work normally, foci face the same restrictions as arcane magic.
