Also I'm pretty sure Yhwach will probably be Ishida's fight, or Ishida + Ichigo's. Ishida is much more significant now.

Probably Nozarashi. As the only other Zanpaktou that had a constant released form (that we know about) was/is Zangetsu.

It's just that Zaraki was just so absurdly powerful that it was assumed that his Zanpaktou was always in a released form. Even Zaraki fell in to this delusion. It's just that he couldn't communicate with his Zanpaktou before the fight with the former captain of the 4th squad.

He's talking about the shikai they thought Zaraki to have. It appears that it was never released, therefore, his released form never 'existed' up until now / the time that he learned it in his most recent training.
