Which Obama has also done: promote the idea that the Muslim Brotherhood is not a terrorist organization (while they themselves don't terrorize, they actively aid terrorists and give them money and intervene on their behalf) and say good things about them again and again, endorsing their behavior.

I'm not going to turn this into an argument (there's no argument to be had here), but my point is that what Trump has done here isn't new. Effectively, the only things that have changed are the names.
