I think if you do not know the person, or anything about their life, then yes, you should keep your judgments to yourself, Nothing wrong with being kind to one another, the world can be a harsh place as it is, without us adding even more negativity to it. Why say something to someone, that you know will possibly hurt them or upset them or make their day that little bit sadder, when instead you can either say nothing, or say something kind, that may make them smile, bring them out of a low day they may already be having, a kindness that could perhaps completely change their outlook on things.

I prefer a world that is filled with kindness and people looking out for one another, than just opening ones mouth and not possibly thinking what they are saying through and the possible consequences it may have on them.
