They obviously use the goblin model as a base so I'd say it's definitely possible.

They look like they're built on the goblin's skeleton, so if sub-races means "Built on the same base but different" then it's very possible

Those are totally reskins of the goblin skeleton though!

Depending on how allied races are implemented on the character select screen, we shall see. I say this because if allied races are listed as "tabs" away from standard races, vulpera would fit in the goblin section, pulling them to horde. Conversely, tortollan would be pandaren-based and be neutral, working off that idea.

Now, if allied races are added like Street Fighter Vs Capcom fighters, they could go anywhere and we'll see.

Would like to play one, in any case.

Or Alliance. It would make more sense to have the goblin skeleton non-goblins on the Alliance than Horde where they'd stand out in a bad way. Just sayin'.
