I'd be surprised if they bring a PTR up right after blizzcon. most are probably stil sobering up from blizzcon after parties. i'd say maybe next week we'll see a PTR update.

What happened to the Goblin NPCs then and glad Gallywix is finally around in the world (I hate him a lot), but he disappeared randomly for no reason.
