I am not trolling. Ret is my offspec and I seen Elitest jerks BiS gear with Arm Pen on it. Plus Shadow's Edge has Arm Pen and is one of the best weps.

Strength increases the damage of everything a ret does and scales with kings.
Attack power increases the damage everything a ret does.

2nd place
Crit has no affect on concecrate.

3rd
Armor penn has no affect on concecrate or exorcism. Both are holy damage so it makes it look better then hit.
Hit has no affect on judgement or concecrate.

4th
Expertise has no affect on judgement, concecrate, or exorcism.

Haste is in there somewhere too, someone else can math it out.
